Compost Technology Limited uses a 256-bit SSL certificate to establish a secure encrypted connection between your computer and their servers. This connection protects your sensitive data. All pages, content, credit card, and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks.

Data Protection & Privacy
All information provided by customers is strictly private and confidential. Names, addresses, phone numbers etc are not sold to any other company and will only be used by Compost Technology Limited, the delivery agent(s) that may be used or any future subsidiary of Compost Technology Limited. As a mail order company we send out 5-6 mailings a year. All customers are automatically added to our mailing list,
however if you do not wish to be included please e-mail us at superdugxtra@gmail.com.

Damages & Shortages
Occasionally mistakes & accidents happen! If any product you purchase from Compost Technology Limited is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you, please contact us within 14 days informing us of the problem. We will provide you with information on how to return the item to us and will offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. Please note we use different delivery methods for different items so if you find an item missing it may be that it’s being sent via a different service. If you believe a product is faulty, you should return it to us in accordance with the Returns Procedure. If the product is faulty, we will bear the cost of you returning the item(s) to us or we will arrange collection free of charge.

Returns, Exchanges & Guarantees
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any product you order from Compost Technology Limited please inform us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to put things right or provide you with the relevant returns procedure. Unless there has been a mistake on our part or an item is faulty, we will not pay the costs of returning an item to us. Therefore all non-faulty returns will be at your own cost. Alternatively we can arrange collection – please contact us and we will advise you of the costs. Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility.​ A full refund (minus any collection arrangement costs) will be issued providing that the product has not been used, damaged and is returned with the original packaging.
If a product is returned not as requested, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders can be cancelled by contacting us as soon as possible. Providing that the order has not already been dispatched or is in transit, the order will be refunded within 10 working days.

Complaints Procedure
We handle all complaints fairly, effectively and confidentially. Any complaint is answered as soon as possible and is ideally resolved within 5 working days.
